The purpose of the vision board is for you to recall upon during labor. you can bring it to your hosptial room, have by your bedside at your home birth to encourage and empower you!

Jessica Dobson will be going over birth and labor tips and tricks, positing, breathing techniques and education of how to relax your pelvic floor during labor.
