After giving birth to my second child, I knew I wanted to help other woman navigate pregnancy and post-partum recovery in a way that felt supported and not overwhelming.

Once I began my career in pelvic health, I knew I found my home, helping others learn about what is happening with their bodies and how to help themselves.

Not long after I started my pelvic health career, I found that woman were not the only ones who needed help, Men do too.

And I quickly discovered that I loved supporting men with digestive health issues, urinary incontinence, and pre and post prostate cancer treatments.
